On the first day of the Phoenix Brand Transformation Workshop, we work with the smallest inner circle of deciders. We recommend a maximum of three people, ideally only the Co-Founders or CEOs. On the second day, you can involve a broader range of people. We recommend up to eight people in higher management roles.
